The Upper Cumberland Parade of Homes will be August 19th and
20th in Cookeville and surrounding areas.
Presented by the Home Builders Association of the Upper Cumberland, the tour
will include new and remodeled houses that feature a variety of design styles
and innovative building products. |
The
Upper Cumberland is a great place to live, and the Parade of Homes celebrates
the exceptional quality, fine craftsmanship and design choices that are
available here. Instead of just browsing through design magazines and
watching HGTV, you can stroll through impressive homes in real neighborhoods
and talk directly to builders and product suppliers to gather information for
your project. You will see actual examples of shiplap, quartz countertops,
outdoor fireplaces, current paint colors, unique lighting, and othertrends.
It is much more fun and productive than scrolling through Pinterest. The
Parade of Homes is a unique opportunity to See, Touch, and Learn. Although we
all enjoy online shopping, there is no substitute for actually seeing
products, and talking to professionals. Whether you plan to build your dream
home or want to upgrade your current residence, you’ll find plenty of
inspiration, regardless of your budget. |
Admission
is $10 to tour all 6 houses, and tickets will be available at each house
during Parade hours, which are Saturday, August 19 from 10-5, and Sunday,
August 20 from 12-5. Advance tickets are half price, only $5, and can be
purchased at any First National Bank, Kitchen & Bath HomeCORR (Broad
Street in Cookeville), or Wilson Bank. More information at
